Who this is for

Built for programs that want to stand out.

High school sports videography is where most of this work lives, but the approach fits any competitive program — club, travel, college, or an individual athlete building a profile. Whether you need a Moline sports videographer for a media day or game coverage over in Davenport, Bettendorf, or Rock Island, the process is the same.

Questions

What coaches and ADs ask first.

How long does an athlete media day take?

Most teams need two to three hours. I set up lighting and backgrounds before athletes arrive, then move through individual footage, small groups, the full team, and staged action. Larger rosters take longer, and we plan the running order in advance so nobody stands around.

What does our program need to provide?

Gym or field house time, athletes in uniform, and a dark or clearable space if we are shooting media-day portraits. I bring the lighting, backgrounds, haze, and everything else. If you have team branding — logos, colors, wordmarks — send those and they go into the film.

Which sports do you cover?

Volleyball, basketball, football, wrestling, baseball, softball, soccer, track, cheer and dance, and other competitive sports. The approach is the same whatever the sport: dramatic media-day footage, sport-specific staged action, and live competition when it fits the plan.

Do you travel outside Moline?

Yes. I am a Quad Cities sports videographer and work across the whole area — Moline, East Moline, Rock Island, Davenport, Bettendorf, and the schools and clubs nearby. Travel beyond that is quotable.

When should we book?

Before the season starts, if you can. A media day shot in the preseason gives you a hype film for the opener and a bank of footage to pull game-day social content from all year. Mid-season shoots still work, and in-season game coverage can be added any time.

Can we get more content later in the season?

Yes — that is the point of shooting a media day. Senior nights, rivalry games, tournament announcements, commitments, and postseason runs can all be cut from footage already captured, or from a return visit for live game coverage.

What does it cost?

The Team Hype Package starts at $750 for local teams and includes the media-day shoot, a 45–75 second cinematic hype film, three vertical social edits, branding, color, and sound design. Additional films and game coverage are quoted per program.
